I just took TGB Weight management for the last 5 days only. Hence, my review will be based on what changes I noticed for the time span. Frankly speaking, it was not a good start, maybe because it is new to my body and it is trying to adapt, especially in the first 2 days my stomach was super gassy and instead of controlling my appetite I was getting hungrier instead which was totally opposite to what I saw on Instagram comments and reviews. However, The good thing I noticed after taking 3 days my stomach might have started adapting and I did not feel gassy any more and no constipation. Today is the sixth day and I find that I am not craving and don't have much appetite.
