Fuel for a Happy Gut, Healthier You.

Just eat more fiber. Probably the most important thing that you can do for your gut and your health. This is how fiber helps you.

Prebiotics or simply, Food for the Good Bacteria

Fiber isn’t digested in our stomach like other foods. But instead, it just passes through it and into our colon where it becomes food for beneficial bacteria in our gut, nourishing and promoting diversity in the gut microbiome. These friendly bacteria produces essential nutrients including short chain fatty acids like butyrate that our bodies thrive on.

Promotes Bowel Health and Regularity

Dietary fiber helps increase the weight and size of your stool and softens it, making it easier to pass and builds regularity, promoting excellent bowel health and reducing the risk of constipation.

Feel lighter, fuller for longer

Fiber takes longer to digest than other nutrients and it has amazing filling power, making you feel satisfied longer. This greatly helps in reducing hunger pangs and food cravings, making it easier to achieve weight goals.

Help lower cholesterol, control blood sugar levels

Fiber is known to help lower blood cholesterol levels by decreasing the low-density lipoprotein (bad cholesterol) that benefits heart health. Further, consuming fiber helps reduce the rate at which glucose is absorbed into the body, controlling blood sugar levels.

GOS are loved by Bifidobacteria, a very helpful bacteria group that help produce a number of nutrients our bodies need including short chain fatty acids like butyrate, propionate.

Fructo-oligosaccharides

Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) are prebiotic fibers that occur naturally in plants such as onion, asparagus, banana, artichokes, etc and are a good source of soluble dietary fiber with immense health benefits.

Isomalt-Oligosaccharide

Isomalto-oligosaccharides are prebiotics, meaning they pass through the small intestine relatively undigested and then arrive in the colon to ferment your body's gut bacteria. [5] In comparison probiotics are the beneficial bacteria found in your digestive tract that combat harmful bacteria and ensure you absorb the nutrients from your food.

FAQ's

How is Metabolic fiber Boost different from Metabolically Lean?

Metabolic fiber Boost is a blend of clinically proven prebiotic fiber such as Glucomannan, Chromium Picolinate,Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS),Polydextrose (PDX) and α-Cyclodextrin. Where as Metabolically lean supergut sticks are a synbiotic blend consisting of inulin fiber and multistrain probiotics (Lactobacillus,Streptococcus, Bifidobacterium) along with metabolism boosters like L-Carnitine & Chromium.

If Metabolically Lean Supergut sticks already have prebiotics, then why should I add Metabolic Fiber Boost fiber to my diet?

Metabolically Lean Supergut sticks along with multistrain probiotics has only inulin as prebiotic fiber whereas Metabolic Fiber Boost provides a blend of prebiotic fiber such as Glucomannan, Chromium Picolinate, Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), Polydextrose (PDX) and α-Cyclodextrin that help nourish and nurture the gut bacteria, manage cravings and improve bowel health.

What is the ideal way to introduce Prebiotic fiber to your diet?

A clear sign that there is imbalance in certain species in your microbiome and the digestive process in not in great shape. This imbalance could have occurred over a period of time due to various factors including poor diet, high sugar levels, antibiotics, stress or even genetics.

You need it if you-

  • Suffer from weight gain due to water retention
  • Experience gut health issues like constipation, indigestion, bloating, etc.

Addressing the root cause is key to resolving these problems with our WEIGHT MANAGEMENT SUPER BUNDLE!

The battle against weight gain often prioritizes quick fixes and fad diets, but the key to sustainable solutions lies within our gut. Our WEIGHT MANAGEMENT SUPER BUNDLE, featuring probiotics and prebiotics, addresses the root cause by improving gut health. This natural approach fosters long-term fat loss and lasting weight management. A healthy gut is the path to success.

If you are pregnant, nursing, under a doctor's care or on medications especially blood thinners or other CVD medicines, kindly consult your physician before taking the product.

Research has shown that specific bacterial strains produce short-chain fatty acids, such as acetate and butyrate, which have a notable impact on various aspects of our metabolism. These short-chain fatty acids appear to influence appetite, enhance energy utilization, hinder fat absorption, increase the excretion of fat in feces, and promote greater calorie utilization. In essence, they assist the body in extracting fewer calories from the foods we consume.

Further, probiotics may help fight weight gain by :

  • Releasing Appetite-Regulating hormones :
They help release hormones like GLP 1 and others. Increased levels of these hormones help you burn calories and fat.
  • Increase levels of Fat Regulating proteins :
They help increase levels of proteins (ANGPTL4) that may lead to decreased fat storage.

When fiber is introduced in the equation, it fuels the metabolic rate. Fiber acts as the catalyst for these beneficial bacteria, turbocharging their growth and activity. This synergy between probiotics, fiber, and bacteria-produced fatty acids optimizes calorie absorption and regulates fat storage in your body.

It's a triple threat against excess calories and unwanted fat, ensuring your metabolism operates at its best.

The Metabolically Lean SuperGut Sticks and The Metabolic Fiber Boost Combo will work best if it is accompanied by health and lifestyle choices.

Eat a colourful diet :
Aim to incorporate a rich array of foods, making sure that at least half of your plate is filled with vibrant vegetables and you are having at least 2-3 fresh fruits in a day.

Stay active :
Regular exercise is essential not only for physical and mental well-being but also for enhancing the diversity of your microbiome. It helps create a calorie deficit and supports a healthier gut.

Reduce sugar intake :
To maintain gut health, reduce your consumption of refined sugars and carbohydrates, which can potentially fuel harmful gut bacteria, leading to dysbiosis.

Increase fiber intake :
Aim to incorporate at least 25 grams of dietary fiber into your daily meals. This dietary fiber will provide essential nourishment for beneficial bacteria, leading to improved overall health outcomes.
